Sharks in the Desert: Sustainable Seafood

Shark Stewards Founder and Director David McGuire is an invited speaker on March 31 at the Las Vegas Food Expo, speaking with chefs and seafood purveyors on sustainability. The Food Expo is a two day American food tradeshow aiming to provide an expo affordable to our country’s emerging food producers and help them to be discovered.
Partnering with the Monterey Bay Seafood Watch program, Shark Stewards is reaching chefs and consumers on new wildlife trafficking legislation, but also about wise consumerism for the oceans.
