Happy International Women’s Day! Shark Stewards is celebrating women in science by featuring stories from women on our team. A majority of our membership and leadership team are women (and many are scientists!) so we are kicking off a series of essays on our blog during Women’s History Month.

Our first essay, honoring shark science pioneer Dr. Eugenie Clark is written by new diver and our Marine Protected Areas dive team member Molly Yoon (at top). Read the Essay Here.
Molly has been with us since 2019 and is helping with the MPA data dives and content. Meet her and others on our next citizen science survey.
