Beach Cleanup Long Beach

Cleanup and Plastic Pollution Data Collection Day
Join Shark Stewards Southern California team at Junipero Beach next to the San Gabriel Rivermouth. We set our table up on the edge of the bike path near the Saltwater Deck.
Volunteers join us sharing shark information and cleaning up the beach and collecting data.
FREE parking with code upon check-in. This is a very busy beach with lots of fitness activities, runners, walkers, cyclists, and beach goers who want to enjoy our beautiful California weather.
We clean up and collect data on the plastic that ends up in the parking lot and on the beach. Keep the beach and ocean clean.
