Join us online for a Bay Nature Talk on Wednesday, December 04, 2024, from 12-1pm. Learn about shark migration, behavior, and diversity along the California coastline with David McGuire, founder of Shark Stewards, a shark conservation nonprofit dedicated to saving sharks and protecting critical marine habitat. As a sailing captain, dive master and filmmaker, David has explored the world ocean on numerous sailing voyages producing media with an emphasis on sharks and ocean awareness. This talk is inspired by our Fall 2024 almanac piece featuring great white sharks, written by Bay Nature staff and illustrated by Jane Kim. This talk will be recorded, and those who register will be emailed a recording. This event is free for Bay Nature members and $5 for nonmembers.
