Our Eco Heroes Join Captain Dave’s Whale Watching on Earth Day

EARTH DAY OF ACTION
Maria and team provided ocean outreach with the Mary Muth Nature Center and the Back Bay Conservancy including a cleanup of the Newport Back Bay. On the water, three of our young science team members acted as Ecoheros, educating girls about sharks and marine biology with Dana Point Whale Watching. While sharing their knowledge, Kylie and Emilee saw a huge pod of dolphins, and on the second trip, Carmen and the kids saw two rare fin whales! Thank you to our host at Captain Dave’s Whale Watching.
Volunteer and join us learning, appreciating and protecting ocean health, and make Earth Day every day!
